These terms govern the use of melook.app and of the diagnoses sold through it. By using the service you agree to what is written here. We wrote it in plain language on purpose: a contract you cannot understand is not a fair contract.

Melook is a diagnosis and information tool. We measure which questions your brand appears in across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answers, classify every finding by the strength of its evidence and prescribe what to fix. The service is provided by HYPEFLOW SOLUCOES B2G LTDA, Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 67.303.476/0001-72.
To remove any doubt, and because we would rather lose a sale than promise what we do not control:
The unit of sale is the credit: 1 credit equals 1 complete analysis of 1 domain across the three engines. The one-off dossier grants 1 credit with no expiry. The monitoring plan grants 1 credit per month, accumulating up to a limit of 3, and is charged as a one-time monthly payment — it is not a subscription with automatic debit. Unused credits do not expire while the account is active.
Melook does not guarantee, under any circumstance, that your brand will start being cited by any AI engine, nor that it will move up in position, nor that traffic, revenue or conversion will increase. The engines are probabilistic third-party systems, operated by other companies, that change without notice and are not controlled by us. No one can guarantee citation in those systems — anyone promising that is selling what they do not control. What we deliver is measurement with a declared method and prescription based on the best available evidence.
An AI engine's answers vary between runs, even for the same question. The dossier is therefore the result of a sample at a given moment, with the method declared — not a deterministic, reproducible portrait of the engine's behaviour. Differences between analysis cycles are expected and do not constitute a service defect.
The service depends on external platforms: the AI engines consulted, the infrastructure provider, the payment processor and the email service. We are not responsible for unavailability, algorithm changes, access policy changes, model discontinuation or any act of those third parties, even where it affects the result delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Melook's total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the month the event occurred. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, data loss, reputational harm or any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damage. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to rights that Brazilian consumer law grants on a non-waivable basis.
To generate the diagnosis we need to access the public content of the site you submit and process it. By using the service you:
You agree not to use the service to: submit third-party domains without authorisation; run bulk or automated scanning; circumvent the credit limit or any technical control; resell, redistribute or publish the dossier as your own product; attempt to reverse engineer the measurement method; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Usage limits are enforced by IP address and by email, and breach authorises immediate suspension of the account, without refund.
Under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you have 7 calendar days from purchase to withdraw, with a full refund. Because the dossier is digital content delivered immediately by email, by completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal from the moment the dossier is made available — an option provided for in art. 49, sole paragraph, and in art. 10 of Decree 7.962/2013. If the dossier is not delivered, the refund is full and unconditional.
Payment is processed by Stripe, in reais for Brazil and in US dollars elsewhere. We do not store card data. Outside the case in clause 10, refund requests are assessed case by case, by email, at contato@melook.app. There is no automatic recurring charge: each month of monitoring is a purchase you make knowingly.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent use or non-payment. You may close your account whenever you want by writing to contato@melook.app — no penalty, no notice period. Once the account is closed, data follows the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
We may change these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Material changes are notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service afterwards means agreeing to the new version.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018). The courts of Joaçaba, Santa Catarina, are elected to settle disputes — without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
